Pumpkin Pie(Makes Two 10-Inch Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pumpkin
    4 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    cinnamon for taste
    1/2 c. butter (not margarine)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in a large bowl with wire whisk.
    Beat eggs with a fork only until all yellow.
    Add beaten eggs and milk to above mixture.
    Add pumpkin last, mixing thoroughly with whisk.
    Pour into bottom pie crust (uncooked).
