Chinese Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces (about 4 strips) (can also use pork or beef)
    1/8 c. oil
    broccoli, green peppers, onion, carrots, cut in large chunks
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Preparation
    After meat is browned, in same skillet add water chestnuts. Add 1/2 small bottle soy sauce or less to cover meat and chestnuts.
    Add vegetables.
    Cover; let steam.
    When tender to desire, add 1 jar sweet and sour sauce and stir.
    Top with 1 package cashews.
    Serve over cooked rice.
