Citrus Spritzer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 x 1/2-inch) strips orange rind
    3 (3 x 1/2-inch) strips grapefruit rind
    4 c. pineapple-orange juice
    2 c. fresh pink grapefruit juice
    2 c. sparkling mineral water, chilled
    orange curls (optional)
    grapefruit curls (optional)
Preparation
    Place citrus strips in a glass pitcher; crush slightly by gently pressing against pitcher with back of a spoon.
    Add juices; stir well.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Just before serving, stir in sparkling water.
    Serve over ice.
    If desired, garnish with orange and grapefruit curls.
    Yield:
    2 quarts.
