Crawfish Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. crawfish tails, peeled
    3 white onions, chopped
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 sticks butter
    1 pt. half and half
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (16 oz.)
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell peppers and celery in butter.
    Add flour and Ro-Tel tomatoes, mixing well.
    Add crawfish tails; cook for 15 minutes.
    Add cream and cheese, then cook 30 minutes.
    Season to taste.
    Add crawfish mixture to cooked noodles.
    Pour in casserole dish; cook for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
