Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large soup bone
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. stew meat
    Adolph's meat tenderizer
    4 to 6 potatoes, cut in squares
    2 to 4 carrots, thin sliced
    2 to 4 stalks celery
    1 onion
    1 can each: peas, green beans and corn
    1 or 2 cans tomatoes or V-8 juice
Preparation
    Boil bone 3 or 4 hours. Add water as needed. In last hour, add veggies, onion and stew meat sprinkled with Adolph's meat tenderizer. Last 30 minutes, add canned tomatoes or you can use V-8 vegetable juice. Heat through.
