Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. butter or margarine
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
1/4 tsp. soda
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Have butter and eggs at room temperature.
Cream butter until light (3 to 4 minutes).
Add sugar 1/4 cup at a time.
Beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Mix together flour and soda.
Add alternately with sour cream, beating well.
Add vanilla and almond flavorings.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm.
