Aunt Mary'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream sugar and cheese using electric beater.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in sour cream. Butter a spring-form pan.
    Dust buttered pan with 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs.
    Pat into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Don't open door.
    Let stand overnight.
    Refrigerate the next day and cut with a hot knife after removing sides of pan.
