Meat Whirl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Mix meat,
    crumbs,
    egg,
    mustard, salt, pepper, horseradish and part of tomato sauce.
    On waxed paper, pat meat in 10 x 14-inch rectangle.
    Spread with
    cheese
    and
    roll as jellyroll. Press ends to seal. Transfer to baking dish
    seam
    side down. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then pour on
    remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with dill seed.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
