Zucchini Casserole(6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. diced zucchini
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 small pkg. stuffing mix
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Mix with stuffing mix.
Spread 1/2 in bottom of casserole (9 x 12-inch).
Mix sour cream, soup, onion and zucchini.
Spoon over stuffing.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
