Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    margarine
    cream cheese
    salt and pepper
    seasoned salt
    jalapeno Jack cheese
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake as many potatoes as you need.
    Cut a strip off the top so you can scoop out the inside.
    Mash as mashed potatoes, only use margarine and cream cheese, salt, pepper and seasoned salt. Re-stuff
    the
    potatoes.
    Top with grated jalapeno Jack cheese and
    Cheddar, mixed.
    Bake before ready to serve about 10
    to
    12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (If cold out of the refrigerator, it
    may
    need longer
    baking time.) Can be made ahead of time nicely.
