Ingredients

2 c. shortening
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla, divided
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. rolled oats
1 pt. corn flakes
2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream together the first 3 ingredients.
Add the eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla to the above mixture; mix until smooth.
Add the flour, 2 teaspoons vanilla, salt, rolled oats, corn flakes and coconut.
Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Don't leave to cool on pans.
