Ellen'S Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    12 medium mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 (12 oz.) can corn
    2 c. hot water
    2 vegetable bouillon cubes
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until onions are translucent.
    Add peas and corn; combine with onions, etc.
    Add water and bouillon; bring to boil.
    Add rice and grated Parmesan. Lower heat and simmer 20 minutes, covered.
    Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes, covered.
