Wells' Many Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. each: pinto beans, Great Northern, baby limas, split green peas, lentils, kidney beans, small white navy and black-eyed peas
    ham hock
    1 large onion
    2 to 3 stalks chopped celery
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 red pepper (optional)
    1 large can chopped tomatoes (optional)
    1 small can pink beans
    1 small can red beans
    1 small can black beans
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly all beans, except pink, red and black beans.
    Divide into eight 1 pound packages.
    Save.
