Oil Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    6 Tbsp. cold milk
Preparation
    Pour salad oil in large measuring cup; add cold milk.
    Do not stir milk and oil together.
    Mix flour and salt; add oil and milk mixture, stir together.
    For best results, moisten countertop slightly and roll out between 2 sheets waxed paper.
    Makes 2 pie shells or 1 double crust.
