Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. margarine
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. powdered sugar
    21 oz. can Comstock cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and nuts.
    Mix together. Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
    Let cool.
    Mix Cool Whip with softened cream cheese with mixer.
    Add powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
    Spread on crust.
    Top with pie filling.
    Also good with blueberry pie filling.
    Chill.
