Chicken Soup With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. thin noodles
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    8 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Cover. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour or until chicken and vegetables are almost tender. Add noodles; mix well and cook for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until done.
