Quick Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans (undrained)
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Lightly brown beef in skillet. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
