Italian Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 fresh mushrooms, medium sized
    1/2 c. part skim Mozzarella, shredded
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1/4 c. oil-free Italian dressing
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
    Remove mushroom stems and finely chop; set caps aside.
