Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 onions, sliced
    3 potatoes, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup
Preparation
    Place pork chops in well-greased casserole dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add layer of onions, potatoes and carrots.
    Pour soup over top.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
