Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, cut in half
    1 egg
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix in bowl the flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder. In second bowl, mix the egg, orange juice, rind and melted butter. Mix first bowl with second bowl. Add 2 tablespoons hot water, chopped pecans and halved cranberries. Put in greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove immediately from pan and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate. Remove the wax paper and wrap in foil for storage. Can be frozen or kept in the refrigerator.
