Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 lb. lean ground pork
    2 c. cooked broad noodles
    18 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 c. American processed cheese, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    3 preserved pimentos, sliced into long strips 1/4-inch wide
    1 green pepper, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
    2 c. onions, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    4 twists pepper mill
    4 strips bacon, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
Preparation
    Mix together all of the ingredients, except the diced bacon. Sprinkle the bacon over the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Top the bacon with the meat and vegetable mixture. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
