Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. oleomargarine
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup oleo, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg, beating well.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons oleo and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
