Crisp Zucchini Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    1/3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. lemon pepper or black
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/3 c. cornmeal, plain
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Cut off and discard ends from zucchini.
    Slice each zucchini in half lengthwise, then in half again, forming 12 spears.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    In shallow bowl, combine egg and milk.
    Roll zucchini in cornmeal mixture.
    Dip into egg mixture, then again in cornmeal mixture to coat thoroughly.
    Place in prepared dish. Drizzle with oleo.
    Bake 15 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 6.
