Ingredients

1 lb. rhubarb, coarsely chopped (about 4 c.)
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 orange, seeded and chopped
1/4 lemon, seeded and chopped
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Mix rhubarb, juices, orange and lemon in 3-quart casserole; microwave on High 5 minutes, stirring twice or until fruit is tender.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in sugar; microwave, stirring often on High, 20 to 24 minutes or until mixture reaches 220\u00b0 on instant read thermometer (or sheets from spoon).
Stir in nuts. Cool to room temperature.
