Sweet Potato And Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (2 lb. 8 oz.) can cut sweet potatoes, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. sliced dried apricots
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place sweet potatoes in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
