Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. water, lukewarm
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix butter, sugar and egg; add yeast mixture.
    Stir in flour gradually.
    Mix well.
    Fill desired number of muffin tins about half full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cover tightly and refrigerate unused portion.
