Delicious Tender Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
4 to 5 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
melted butter or egg glaze
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, yeast and 2 cups flour in a large mixer bowl.
Combine milk and butter and heat until very warm 120 to 130 degrees.
With mixer speed on low, gradually beat warm liquid into dry ingredients.
Increase speed, occasionally scraping sides of bowl, and beat 2 or 3 minutes.
(Beating batter early in the combining process helps build the gluten, enabling the rolls to rise better.)
