Brussels Sprouts And Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. grated part skim mild cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can whole chestnuts, drained
    4 strips bacon, cubed and fried crisp
    salt and white pepper
Preparation
    Cook Brussels sprouts and drain.
    Make white sauce.
    Melt butter; add flour and add chicken broth and cream.
    Add cheese; fold in Brussels sprouts and chestnuts.
    Sprinkle with bacon and season.
    Reheat in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
