Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    2 c. chicken, sliced and cooked
    3 c. chicken stock
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place cooked broccoli in bottom of 3-quart casserole.
    On top of broccoli, place chicken.
    In small saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour.
    Add chicken stock gradually, stirring until thick.
    Add heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, mustard, onion, sherry and seasonings.
    Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Pour sauce over meat and broccoli.
    Fridge or freeze. Return to room temperature; bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Before serving, dash sherry generously over all.
