Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
1/2 c. salt
4 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix water and salt.
Add pecans; soak for 2 hours.
Stir often. Take pecans out of water.
Pat dry on paper towel.
Put in pan well-greased with butter.
Cook at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
