Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. carrots, grated
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except flour, well. Add flour and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Bake in 3 (8-inch) round pans.
