Chicken And Wild Rice(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. pine nuts or slivered almonds, toasted
    3 whole chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked long grain and wild rice mix
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation
    Place butter or margarine in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 30 to 45 seconds or until butter is melted.
    Skin, bone and cut chicken breast lengthwise in half.
    Cut into 1/2-inch strips.
    Add chicken strips and peas to melted butter in baking dish; toss to coat.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover the dish with vented clear plastic wrap and cook on High about 8 minutes or until peas and chicken are tender.
    Stir once during cooking.
    Combine rice, pine nuts or almonds and sherry.
    Add to chicken mixture; toss to mix.
    Cook, covered, on High for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serves 6.
