Orzo Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box orzo pasta or Mexican Rice
    1 med. onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 Tbsp. from jar
    1 bell pepper, minced
    2 cubes beef bouillon
    1 bundle fresh spinach, stem removed
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    Optional- dried crushed chilies
Preparation
    Prepare pasta or rice according to directions on box.
    While pasta or is on simmer, pour olive oil into skillet.
    Saute on medium heat:
    onions, garlic, peppers, and bouillon cubes. Stirring several times.
    When bouillon cubes has dissolved, add pasta or rice and mix.
    Add spinach to mixture and saute until bright green.
