Graham Cracker Delight Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 lb. box graham crackers made into crumbs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Set aside. Mix graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and soda. Add to the sugar mixture.
Add milk and mix well. Add vanilla, stir in nuts and coconut.
Pour into 2 greased 10 inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
