Baked Finnan Haddie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Finnan Haddie
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Place serving size pieces of fish in a buttered shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with pepper and flour and dot with butter.
Add the milk.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
