Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large Idaho potatoes
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook diced potatoes in salted water about 15 minutes.
    Blend butter and flour over low heat until bubbly.
    Add seasonings.
    Add milk, 1/3 cup at a time, stirring constantly.
    This will be a thin sauce.
    Place potatoes in a shallow oblong glass casserole dish. Pour sauce over potatoes.
    Top with lots of grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
    Will serve 12.
