Broccoli-Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 small onion, chopped
margarine
1 pt. half and half
1 soup can of milk
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Saute onions in margarine.
Add frozen broccoli.
Cover and steam until broccoli defrosts.
Add soup and milk.
Cook over medium heat until almost boiling.
Add half and half and heat to serving temperature.
