Wyoming Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/3 lb. bacon
7 to 9 medium baking potatoes

Preparation

Scrub potatoes (do not peel).
Cut into 8 pieces.
Place them in baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Cut bacon pieces (uncooked) and put on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle package of onion soup mix over top, then cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
