Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. or 2 pkg. dry yeast
    7 c. sifted plain flour
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, pour hot water over shortening; add sugar and salt.
    When cooled to lukewarm, add yeast.
    Add about half
    of
    the flour, beating with a wire whisk or mixer until smooth.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add enough flour to form a dough stiff enough to shape.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Make
    out
    rolls in desired shape; brush with melted butter
    and
    let
    rise until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until desired brown.
    Yield:
    4 to 5 dozen.
