Wiener Schnitzel(German) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized veal cutlets
    1 egg, beaten
    flour
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    parsley
    chopped lemon wedges
Preparation
    Pound the cutlets very thin.
    Dredge with flour.
    Combine cheese, 2 tablespoons flour, egg, 1 teaspoon parsley, salt, pepper and milk.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Dip each floured cutlet into this mixture and then into the bread crumbs.
    Cook in margarine over low heat until tender and brown.
    Remove to serving dish.
    Add lemon juice to pan juices and pour over cutlets.
