Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 onion, chopped
    soy sauce to taste
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Brown the turkey, cabbage, and onions.
    Add enough soy sauce that the meat mixture will not burn.
    When fully cooked, add peanut butter.
    Wrap about 1 Tbsp. of meat mixture in egg roll wrap according to package instructions.
    Deep fry at 370\u00b0 until lightly browned.
