Ham-Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. shredded Spam or ham or cooked sausage meat
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of red pepper
1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Combine meat, cheese and onion.
Place in pie shell (may prebake pie shell about 5 minutes if desired).
Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and red pepper until frothy and pour over meat mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until set and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
May be served with fruit salad or green salad.
Serves 4.
