Short Ribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef short ribs
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. apple juice
2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
2 tart apples, sliced
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Arrange beef ribs in Dutch oven.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over beef.
Cover and bake about 2 1/2 hours or until beef is tender.
Makes 5 servings.
