Lemon-Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon instant pudding
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and beat 4 minutes with electric beater. Fill pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Test with toothpick.
    Yield: 2 large loaves or 3 nut-loaf size pans.
