Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. 10x sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation

Beat filling until creamy.
Mix cake batter.
Grease edged cookie sheet with Pam spray.
Line cookie sheet with wax paper and grease wax paper with Pam spray.
Pour cake batter on wax paper. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Dust one side of a tea towel well with 10x sugar.
Put cake on the dusted tea towel and roll up cake in tea towel until cold.
Unroll and put filling on cake. Roll up cake again onto foil and wrap cake up with foil.
