Miss Clara Meek'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Blend sugar and butter together.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
Mix in flour, vinegar, milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
