Veal With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces veal for cutlets
    bread crumbs
    parsley
    1 small container sour cream
    1 egg
    fresh mushrooms
    butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Bread and fry cutlets in small amount of oil.
    Remove and cool.
    In saucepan, saute mushrooms in butter and parsley.
    Add sour cream and soup, heating through.
