Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients until crumbly.
    Put half the crumbs in a 9-inch pie pan.
