Ingredients

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pie shell and bake; cool.
Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla.
When fluffy, add melted chocolate.
Add eggs one at a time, beating at least 5 minutes after each egg.
Pour into cooled pie shell and chill.
Top with whipped cream.
