Bacon Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. Gouda cheese, grated
    cocktail rye bread
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels, then crumble. Mix bacon, mayonnaise and cheese together.
    Place mixture on cocktail rye bread.
    Heat until cheese is bubbly at 350\u00b0.
    Yields about 20 appetizers.
